Privacy Policy

Version 2026-07-18 · Effective 18 July 2026 · A product of Memon Strategy LLC

This policy explains what personal data Pulse (Memon Strategy LLC) processes, why, and the choices you have. It forms part of the Terms of Service.

1. Data we process

2. Anonymity

Whether an event shows real names or is anonymous is an organizer setting per event. On anonymous events, attendee identities are pseudonymized everywhere they are displayed — to other attendees, to staff, and to our support operators — while remaining stable enough for moderation. Names are never self-reported; a signed-in attendee's name is shown only on named events.

3. Email

We send transactional email only — sign-in ("magic") links, workspace invites, and account or support notices — via Azure Communication Services from no-reply@nowpresenting.net. We do not send marketing email without separate consent.

4. Retention & deletion

5. Support access

Our operators have no standing access to workspace content. Access requires an owner/organizer to grant a time-limited "assist" session, which is shown to you while active and recorded — with every action taken — in your workspace audit log.

6. Sharing & sub-processors

We do not sell personal data. We use infrastructure sub-processors to run the service — principally Microsoft Azure (hosting, storage, and email via Azure Communication Services). Data is processed on our behalf under their terms; we share data with others only as required by law.

7. Security

Workspaces are isolated from one another and access is checked on the server for every request. Sign-in cookies are cryptographically signed; passwords are stored only as salted hashes. No system is perfectly secure, but we design for fail-closed isolation and least-privilege access.

8. Your choices

You can update your account details, leave or delete workspaces you control, and export your session templates. For access, correction, or deletion requests we cannot self-serve, contact us.

9. Changes & contact

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by a new version date above. Questions or requests: accounts@memoncorp.com.
