These Terms govern your use of Pulse, a live-presentation engagement service operated by Memon Strategy LLC ("Pulse", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Pulse is currently in an open beta. The service is available for real use, but we are deliberately benchmarking capacity against actual usage rather than scaling ahead of demand. During this period you should expect to encounter limits — on concurrent live events, attendees per event, and overall throughput — and occasional degraded performance or interruptions as we measure and tune. Plan limits and availability may change without notice while we learn. Please don't rely on Pulse as the sole channel for a high-stakes event during the beta, and see §6 (Plans, limits & retention) and §8 (Availability). We appreciate your patience and feedback as we grow into demand.
Pulse lets organizers run live events where attendees react, ask questions, chat, and vote from their own devices. Accounts belong to a workspace (organization); members hold roles that determine what they can do. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
You agree not to: use Pulse for unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; attempt to breach another workspace's isolation or access data you are not authorized to see; disrupt the service or its infrastructure; or circumvent plan limits or security controls. We may suspend a workspace or session that violates these Terms or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to others.
Attendees contribute reactions, questions, chat, and poll responses ("event content"). Organizers configure per-event whether feedback is named or anonymous. When an event is anonymous, identities are pseudonymized in every view — including staff and support views. Organizers are responsible for how they use event content and for complying with any notice or consent their own audience requires.
You retain ownership of the content your workspace creates. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and operate the service for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Pulse currently offers a free plan with usage limits (concurrent live events, attendees per event, and data retention) shown in your workspace's Plan & usage view. Event content is retained for the plan's retention period after an event ends, then deleted; the event's summary record (title, date, aggregate counts) is kept for your workspace history. You can export a session's template at any time.
Our operators do not have standing access to your workspace. If you request support, an owner or organizer can grant time-limited "assist" access; while active it is shown to you and every action is recorded in your workspace audit log. See the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Pulse available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by a new version date here. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
We may suspend, limit, or discontinue the service — in whole or in part, for any workspace or for everyone — at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. Where reasonably practical we will give advance notice and an opportunity to export your data, but we are not obligated to do so and are not liable for any discontinuation of the service.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Memon Strategy LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim (which may be zero on the free plan).
You may stop using Pulse at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. On termination, your data is handled per the Privacy Policy and applicable retention periods.
